2. flat coloured / simple shaded commission

- depending on complexity/details might charge extra $5-$15 / 10k-30k
- each additional character +100% charge
- i won't draw background for this type of comm (solid/gradient/deco ok)

3. sketch commission

notes:
- added one base colour/shade like pink blush will be charged 3$/10k
- additional character in same canvas will be charged 80% of the sketch comms price
